Climate experts sign a letter calling for gender equality at COP26

More than 400 female climate leaders have signed an open letter to the British Government calling for greater accountability and transparency on gender equality at COP26. Signatories of the letter include Paris Agreement co-author Laurence Tubiana, former President of Ireland Mary Robinson, economist Kate Raworth, environmental lawyer Farhana Yamin and National Geographic Explorer Sylvia Earle. Celebrities and campaigners such as Emma Thompson and Ellie Goulding have also added their names.
